Site information

Privacy.

What you send us and what the site stores.

Who is responsible for the site

PIRAXE (piraxe.com) is responsible for the information described on this page. For any question, write to project@piraxe.com.

Your message and brief

When you send a form, your name, email, brand and message are sent to PIRAXE by email. The detailed brief can also include your needs, formats, channels, current stage, budget and deadline. This information is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible proposal.

Sending goes through Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and arrives in the PIRAXE mailbox, run by Google (Gmail). The site itself does not keep this information. Messages are kept while your request is followed up, then for at most three years after the last contact if no project goes ahead.

Required fields are marked in the form; the other information is optional. A hidden field is used to filter out automated submissions.

Your browsing preferences

The site may remember your chosen appearance and, during the session, your motion setting and the Nike Pegasus pause setting. These values stay in the browser. They do not contain the contact details entered in the form.

Analytics and external services

With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) to measure page visits and submitted requests. Nothing loads before you choose; you can withdraw consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” button in the footer. This data may be processed in the United States.

If you choose to open an external link, such as a music credit, the destination site applies its own privacy rules.

Technical requests and hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To serve and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical connection data: IP address, browser type and requested pages. This data may be processed outside the European Union, notably in the United States.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to project@piraxe.com.

Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the processing and its legal basis. You can also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In France, this is the CNIL.
